This service includes a review of the media and other materials essential for recovery in the aftermath of a serious disaster event.  It includes an evaluation of the existing offsite storage program and an inspection/verification of your off-site materials. In addition to the verification that designated materials are securely located offsite, this study also includes recommendations for any program enhancements.

Program suggestions may address the firm’s record retention policies; an evaluation of the premises where materials are housed; recommendations for a recall and testing program for the materials on a scheduled basis and so forth.  In a post-disaster environment the availability and accuracy of backup data is essential to any timely and successful recovery.  Without a comprehensive and ongoing program to assure the viability of this data (or the lack thereof), may seriously impair any recovery effort
